What is Play & Yay and what is this program for?

Play & Yay! is a fun way to try out Jenius features that can make your life simple. In Play & Yay!, you can complete available missions to get rewards in the form of Yay Points or Cashback with amounts depending on the ongoing program.

Where can I find this program?

Simply login to the Jenius app, then look for Play & Yay! on the Home page. You can also access Play & Yay! by tapping the Rewards box and opening the Mission tab.

Why can’t I see Play & Yay! on Home?

Currently Play & Yay! is only available for new Jenius users.

Are there any fees charged for participating in this program?

There are no fees charged for participating in missions. You only need to reach mission targets through activities like transactions, saving, and other activities to collect Yay Points.

Does this program have a period?

Yes. Each mission has a start date and end date. Find this information in the clock icon on each mission to know how much time is given to complete the mission.

How do I participate in missions?

To participate in missions, you don’t need to register or fill in any data. Simply open the Play & Yay! page and directly complete the available missions.

What missions are available?

Available missions vary greatly, from opening new accounts, making transactions, visiting certain features in the Jenius app, and many more.

Where can I see the missions available for me?

You can open the Play & Yay! section on the Home page, then see the list of missions in the Ongoing tab.

Additionally, you can also access Play & Yay! through the Rewards menu in the Mission tab. There you can get details of missions you can do, from how to complete missions, mission targets, mission periods, detailed mission explanations, and more.

How can I complete missions?

Click on one of the missions you want to complete, and follow all the steps listed in How to complete mission. You can also click More Details to know complete details about the mission you received. Your mission progress will be automatically recorded in the Jenius app. After you finish following all steps, you will get Yay Points according to what’s listed in each mission.

How do I get Yay Points rewards?

If you complete all missions, you will get total Yay Points and cashback worth the amount stated on the website. The amount of rewards you get depends on the number of missions you successfully complete.

What types of rewards can I get from this program?

You will get Yay Points or cashback per Mission you complete. If all Missions are successfully completed, you will get total Yay Points and cashback worth the amount stated on the website.

Where can I see the Cashback earned from this program?

You can check the cashback you’ve earned in your Cash Cow savings. If cashback doesn’t enter Cash Cow savings within 24 hours, cashback will be processed to Active Balance within 14 working days after the mission period ends.

Where can I see the amount of Yay Points earned from this program?

You can see the amount of Yay Points you have from the Play & Yay! page in the You have section.

What rewards can be exchanged with Yay Points?

Rewards that can be exchanged with Yay Points vary greatly, such as e-Wallet balance and travel. See more at https://www.jenius.com/faq/yay-points.

How do I access Yay Points and exchange them for rewards?

You can access and exchange Yay Points for rewards directly through the Jenius app on the Yay Points page. See more here.

Where can I see the amount of cashback earned from this program?

You can see the amount of cashback earned from this program in your Cash Cow savings.

What if I experience problems while running missions?

If you experience problems such as:
– Mission cannot be found even though it’s still within the mission period
– Cannot perform mission
– Mission not completed after doing all missions
– Reward not received after completing the last mission or after mission completion
