Yes. The validity period of a claimed voucher may vary depending on each program. You can view this information in the voucher details when you’re about to claim it.
If a claimed voucher is not used before its expiration date, it will expire and can no longer be used.
You can claim the expired voucher again as long as the voucher is still available on the Vouchers page on the All menu.
Unfortunately, no. You must claim the voucher first in order to receive cashback from your transaction at a participating merchant.
After making a transaction according to the claimed voucher’s usage instructions and terms & conditions, you will receive the cashback within the time specified in the voucher’s terms & conditions.
