What are the benefits of using the Vouchers feature?

You don’t need to worry about missing promos because you can secure your quota by claiming the voucher in advance.

Who can use the Vouchers feature?

All Jenius users.

Where can I access the Vouchers feature?

– View the number of your vouchers on the Your Rewards box on the Home page.
– On the Vouchers menu on Your Rewards page.

How can I get a voucher?

You can get a voucher by claiming the available vouchers on the All menu on the Vouchers page.

Note: You may get some vouchers like the Jenius Credit Card instalment vouchers without having to claim it first.

How do I claim a voucher?

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On the Summary menu, choose Vouchers.
3. Choose the All menu.
4. Choose the voucher that you’d like to claim, then choose Claim.
5. Read the details and the terms & conditions of the voucher, then choose Claim.
6. Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
7. Voucher has been successfully claimed! View the voucher you’ve claimed and how to use it on the Yours menu.

Which vouchers can I claim?

You can claim all vouchers available on the All menu on the Vouchers page as long as the voucher is still valid and the quota is still available.

Why can’t I claim a voucher?

There are several possible reasons and solutions if you’re unable to claim a voucher:
– Your voucher claim quota has been used up: Use the vouchers you’ve already claimed so you can claim new ones.
– The voucher quota has been fully used: You can claim a different voucher or try claiming the same one at a later time if it’s still available.
– Connection issues: Make sure you’re connected to the internet, then try again after a short while.

Is there a maximum number of vouchers I can claim?

Yes. The maximum number of vouchers you can claim at one time is 3 vouchers. Your voucher claim quota will be restored once the claimed vouchers are either used or have expired.

Where can I check the remaining quota for claiming my vouchers?

You can see how many vouchers you can still claim in the information box under the All menu.

Do I need to claim the Jenius Credit Card installment voucher before I can use it?

No need. Specifically for the Jenius Credit Card installment voucher, it will be automatically available in the Yours menu without needing to be claimed first.

How can I check the status of the vouchers I’ve claimed?

3. On the Yours menu, choose one of the status filters to view your active, processing, used, or expired vouchers.

How do I use a voucher that I’ve already claimed?

Once the voucher is successfully claimed, you can immediately make a transaction according to the terms & conditions and the voucher usage instructions. If everything meets the requirements, the voucher will be automatically applied and you’ll receive the cashback shortly.

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On the Summary menu, choose Vouchers.
3. On the Yours menu, choose the voucher that you’d like to use, then choose Use to view how to use it.

How do I use the Jenius Credit Card installment voucher?

For Jenius Credit Card installment vouchers, you can use it by following these steps:
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On the Summary menu, choose Vouchers.
3. On the Yours menu, choose the Jenius Credit Card installment voucher, then choose Use.
4. Follow the next steps in the app until your Jenius Credit Card installment is successfully created.

Is there an expiration period for the voucher I’ve claimed?

Yes. The validity period of a claimed voucher may vary depending on each program. You can view this information in the voucher details when you’re about to claim it.

What happens if I don’t use the voucher I’ve claimed before it expires?

If a claimed voucher is not used before its expiration date, it will expire and can no longer be used.

Can I claim my expired voucher again?

You can claim the expired voucher again as long as the voucher is still available on the Vouchers page on the All menu.

Will I still get cashback if I make a transaction at a participating merchant but haven’t claimed the voucher yet?

Unfortunately, no. You must claim the voucher first in order to receive cashback from your transaction at a participating merchant.

When will I receive cashback from the voucher?

After making a transaction according to the claimed voucher’s usage instructions and terms & conditions, you will receive the cashback within the time specified in the voucher’s terms & conditions.

Once the cashback has been successfully sent, the status of your voucher will change to Used.

Where will I receive the cashback?

Cashback will be sent to your Cash Cow account or according to the specific terms of each voucher.

If the voucher applies to a transaction made with the Jenius Credit Card, when will I receive the cashback?

After making a transaction with your Jenius Credit Card according to the voucher’s usage instructions and terms & conditions, you will receive the cashback once your transaction is settled, within the time specified in the voucher’s terms & conditions.

Once the cashback has been successfully sent, the status of your voucher will change to Used.

If my transaction is only settled after the voucher’s validity period ends, will I still receive the cashback?

Yes, as long as the transaction is made within the voucher’s validity period.
