What are the benefits of using Flexi Saver?
The benefit of using Flexi Saver is that you can allocate up to 3 savings, each with up to 5% interest annually (p.a.).
You can deposit or withdraw your money at any time without additional fees. As a personal touch, you can give names and photos to the savings according to your saving goals.
Who is able to use Flexi Saver?
All Jenius users.
Where can I find the Flexi Saver feature?

How is the Flexi Saver interest calculated?

Create Flexi Saver
How can I create a new Flexi Saver?
You can create Flexi Saver in 2 ways:
A. From the Menu page
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Menu.
2. On the Savings & Deposits section, choose Flexi Saver.
3. Choose Create Flexi Saver.
4. Create a name for your savings, add a photo (optional), input your initial balance, then choose Next.
5. Review your Flexi Saver details, then choose Create Savings.
6. You’ve successfully created a new Flexi Saver!
A. From the Menu page
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
2. Scroll down to the Savings & Deposits section, then choose Create new.
3. Choose Flexi Saver.
4. Create a name for your savings, add a photo (optional), input your initial balance, then choose Next.
5. Review your Flexi Saver details, then choose Create Savings.
6. You’ve successfully created a new Flexi Saver!
How many Flexi Savers can I make?
You can make up to 3 Flexi Savers.
What is the minimum initial deposit to make a Flexi Saver?
The minimum initial deposit to make a Flexi Saver is IDR0.
Top Up & Withdraw Flexi Saver
How do I add money from the Active Balance to Flexi Saver?
You can add/top up your Flexi Saver in 3 ways:
A. Through Move Balance
1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, choose Move Balance.
2. Tap the down arrow in the To section, the choose the Flexi Saver that you want to top up.
3. Input the amount that you want to top up, then choose Move Balance.
4. Review your top up details, then choose Top Up.
5. You’ve successfully topped up your Flexi Saver!
B. Through Menu page
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Menu.
2. On the Savings & Deposits section, choose Flexi Saver.
3. Select one of the Flexi Savers that you want to top up.
4. On Details, choose Top Up on the bottom of the page.
5. Input the amount that you want to top up, then choose Next.
6. Review your top up details, then choose Top Up.
7. You’ve successfully topped up your Flexi Saver!
C. Through Wealth page
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
2. Scroll down to Savings & Deposits section, then choose Flexi Saver.
3. Select one of the Flexi Savers that you want to top up.
4. On Details, choose Top Up on the bottom of the page.
5. Input the amount that you want to top up, then choose Next.
6. Review your top up details, then choose Top Up.
7. You’ve successfully topped up your Flexi Saver!
Can I add money to my saving in Flexi Saver from other source than Active Balance?
Unfortunately, you can’t. You can only add money to your Flexi Saver from the Active Balance. If you want to top up your Flexi Saver from your e-Card, x-Card, or your other savings, you need to move the balance first to your Active Balance.
How do I withdraw my money from Flexi Saver back to the Active Balance?
You can withdraw money from your Flexi Saver in 3 ways:
A. Through Move Balance
1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, choose Move Balance.
2. Tap the down arrow in the From section, the choose the Flexi Saver that you want to withdraw from.
3. Input the amount that you want to withdraw, then choose Move Balance.
4. Review your withdrawal details, then choose Withdraw.
5. You’ve successfully withdrawn your money from Flexi Saver to Active Balance!
B. Through Menu page
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Menu.
2. On the Savings & Deposits section, choose Flexi Saver.
3. Select one of the Flexi Savers that you want to withdraw.
4. On Details, choose Withdraw on the bottom of the page.
5. Input the amount that you want to withdraw, then choose Next.
6. Review your withdrawal details, then choose Withdraw.
7. You’ve successfully withdrawn your money from Flexi Saver to Active Balance!
C. Through Wealth page
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
2. Scroll down to Savings & Deposits section, then choose Flexi Saver.
3. Select one of the Flexi Savers that you want to withdraw.
4. On Details menu, choose Withdraw on the bottom of the page.
5. Input the amount that you want to withdraw, then choose Next.
6. Review your withdrawal details, then choose Withdraw.
7. You’ve successfully withdrawn your money from Flexi Saver to Active Balance!
Flexi Saver Transaction History
How can I see my Flexi Saver transaction history?
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Menu, then choose Flexi Saver under the Savings & Deposits section. Or, choose Wealth on the bottom navigation, then choose Flexi Saver.
2. Select the Flexi Saver whose transaction history you want to see.
3. Choose the Transaction menu.
4. Look at the transaction history. Tap the transaction to see the details.
You can also see your Flexi Saver transaction history on your e-Statement by following these steps:
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
2. Tap the e-Statement icon on the top right corner.
3. Choose the month and the year of the e-Statement that you want to see.
4. Scroll down to the Flexi Saver section to view your transaction history.
How can I see the interest I’ve received from my saving in Flexi Saver?
You can view the interest you’ve received from saving in Flexi Saver by tapping on Transactions inside the Flexi Saver or from monthly e-Statement.
Edit Flexi Saver
How do I change the savings’ name on Flexi Saver?
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Menu, then choose Flexi Saver under the Savings & Deposits section. Or, choose Wealth on the bottom navigation, then choose Flexi Saver.
2. Select the Flexi Saver you’d like to edit.
3. On the Details menu, choose Edit on the bottom of the page.
4. In the Savings Name section, enter the new savings name that you want.
5. Tap Save.
6. You’ve successfully replaced your Flexi Saver photo!
How do I replace the Flexi Saver photo?
1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Menu, then choose Flexi Saver under the Savings & Deposits section. Or, choose Wealth on the bottom navigation, then choose Flexi Saver.
2. Select the Flexi Saver you’d like to edit.
3. On the Details menu, choose Edit on the bottom of the page.
5. Tap on the camera icon.
6. Choose Take Photo or Take from Gallery.
7. Tap Save.
8. You’ve successfully replaced your Flexi Saver photo!
Can I delete the Flexi Saver that I’ve created?
No, you cannot delete the Flexi Saver that you have created.
Where can I see the Flexi Saver that I have created before?
You can see the Flexi Saver that you have created before in the Menu page, then choose Flexi Saver.
