When can I pay my bill manually or without using autodebit?

You can make manual payments through Jenius app during the following periods every month:
– 1st–5th: anytime, except on the 5th before 14.59 WIB.
– 6th–26th: every day from 02.00 to 14.59 WIB.
– 27th–end of the month: anytime.

I already provided funds in my Active Balance, but the autodebit didn’t go through. What should I do?

The autodebit process runs daily from the 5th to the 26th, starting at 15.00 until 02.00 WIB the next day.

Make sure your Active Balance has sufficient funds before 15.00, as autodebit only deducts funds available before that time. The process runs in stages until 02.00 WIB.

If autodebit fails, you can:
– Add funds to your active balance for the next attempt, or
– Pay the bill manually before 15:00 WIB.

Why did my Active Balance decrease even though I had enough funds?

Your active balance may decrease for several reasons:
– Other transactions occurred, such as QRIS payments, online/offline debit, or other activities.
– Autodebit for Flexi Cash or Jenius Credit Card is in progress.
– A Feesible payment was made.

Make sure you have enough funds and that all your bills are paid so autodebit can be processed successfully.
