Where to find e-Wallet Center on Jenius app?

There are two ways to find e-Wallet Center on Jenius app.

From Home page.
Choose Send & Pay, then tap Top up e-Wallet.

From Mobius Button.
Choose e-Wallet Center.

What e-wallets are available in e-Wallet Center?

– GoPay.
– OVO.
– DANA.
– LinkAja.
– ShopeePay.

I never used e-Wallet Center, how to top up e-wallet from Home page?

– On Home page, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Top up e-Wallet.
– Choose Top Up New e-Wallet.
– Choose e-wallet, enter your mobile number that linked to e-wallet account, then choose Next.
– Input the top up nominal or tap the available nominal option, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– e-wallet top up is successful!

I never used e-Wallet Center, how to top up e-wallet from Mobius Button?

– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Choose Top Up New e-Wallet.
– Choose e-wallet, enter your mobile number that linked to e-wallet account, then choose Next.
– Input the top up nominal or tap the available nominal option, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– e-wallet top up is successful!

How to top up an e-wallet that has already been saved in e-Wallet Center?

– On Home page, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Top Up e-Wallet.
– Choose e-wallet you want to top up
– Input the top up nominal, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– e-wallet top up is successful!

Aside from Home page, you can also tap e-Wallet Center on Mobius Button.

Beside my account, can I top up someone else’s e-wallet in e-Wallet Center?

Yes. Beside your e-wallets, you can also top up other people’s e-wallets using the account’s registered mobile number.

What e-money are available in e-Wallet Center?

– BNI TapCash.
– mandiri e-money.

What are the requirements to top up e-money in e-Wallet Center?

Currently, top up & manage BNI TapCash and mandiri e-money in e-Wallet Center are only available for Android devices.

Make sure you activate the NFC feature to save account, check balance, top up, and update e-money balance.

– Without NFC feature: you can save your account and top up e-money by entering card number manually. Please use other channels to update balance.

– NFC feature is active: you can save account, check balance, top up, and update e-money balance by tapping e-money card behind your smartphone.

I use Android devices with NFC feature, how to top up BNI TapCash in e-Wallet Center?

Top up BNI TapCash
– Activate NFC feature on your phone.
– Login to Jenius app.
– Tap BNI TapCash card behind your phone until the card is read, then choose Top Up. Make sure you tap the card throughout the process.
– Input the top up nominal or choose the available nominal options, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– If you still tap your card, wait until the balance is updated. Otherwise, tap your card again until the balance is updated.
– BNI TapCash balance has been updated!

Top up and save BNI TapCash
– Activate NFC feature on your phone.
– Login to Jenius app..
– Tap BNI TapCash card behind your phone until the card is read.
– Activate Save to e-Wallet list button, then choose Top Up.
– Enter the name you want, then choose Save.
– Input the top up nominal or choose the available nominal options, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– If you still tap your card, wait until the balance is updated. Otherwise, tap your card again until the balance is updated.
– BNI TapCash balance has been updated and account successfully saved!

Top up BNI TapCash that has already been saved
– Activate NFC feature on your phone.
– Login to Jenius app. On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Top up e-Wallet.
– Choose BNI TapCash account you to top up.
– Input the top up nominal or choose the available nominal options, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– Tap BNI TapCash card behind your phone to update the balance.

I use Android devices without NFC feature, can I top up BNI TapCash in e-Wallet Center?

No. For BNI TapCash, you cannot top up without NFC feature in your Android devices.

I use Android devices with NFC feature, how do I top up mandiri e-money in e-Wallet Center?

Top up mandiri e-money with NFC
– Activate NFC feature on your phone.
– Login to Jenius app.
– Tap mandiri e-money card behind your phone until the card is read, then choose Top Up.
– Input the top up nominal or choose the available nominal options, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– If you still tap your card, wait until the balance is updated. Otherwise, tap your card again until the balance is updated.
– mandiri e-money balance has been updated!

Top up and save mandiri e-money
– Activate NFC feature on your phone.
– Login to Jenius app.
– Tap mandiri e-money card behind your phone until the card is read.
– Activate Save to e-Wallet list button, then choose Top Up.

I top up mandiri e-money using a device without NFC, does the balance update automatically, and can it be used right away?

No. After you top up mandiri e-money using devices without NFC, you must tap the card on other channels to update the balance.

You can update your Mandiri e-money balance at Livin’ by Mandiri, Bank Mandiri ATM/EDC, and other Android devices with NFC.

How to check e-money balance in e-Wallet Center?

Checking e-money balances can only be done using Android devices by following these steps.
– Activate the NFC feature and tap e-money card on the back of your smartphone.
– Login to Jenius app and wait for the card to be read.
– Your balance info will be available on the screen.

NFC feature is active and you’re on Jenius app? You can check e-money balance by following these steps:
– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Choose e-money you want.
– Tap e-money card on the back of your smartphone and wait for the card to be read.
– Your balance info will be available on the screen.

Can I check e-money balance in e-Wallet Center on iOS devices with NFC?

No. You can check e-money balance only on Android devices.

Can I top up e-money in e-Wallet Center on iOS devices?

No. Currently, top up BNI TapCash and mandiri e-money in e-Wallet Center are only available for Android devices.

Is there a transaction fee when I top up e-wallet and e-money through e-Wallet Center? If there is a fee, how much does it cost?

The transaction fees for when you top up e-wallet and e-money through e-Wallet Center are as follows:

E-wallet top up transaction fee.
– GoPay: IDR2,000.
– OVO: IDR1,500.
– DANA: free of charge.
– LinkAja: IDR5,000.
– ShopeePay: IDR5,000.

Top up e-money transaction fees.
– BNI TapCash: IDR1,500.
– Mandiri e-Money: IDR1,500.

The fees above will be applicable from 1 July 2024, and are valid for all Awards level on Jenius app.

Is there an admin fee when I top up OVO in e-Wallet Center? If yes, what are the differences between admin fee and transaction fee?

Yes. Following OVO’s policy, every balance top up via bank transfer/virtual account will be charged IDR 1,500 admin fee.
Therefore, the nominal you receive in your OVO account will be automatically deducted on OVO system by IDR 1,500.

Aside of admin fee policy from OVO, Jenius will also apply transaction fee IDR 1,500 starting from 1 July 2024.

Example:
If you top up OVO for IDR 100,000, you will have to pay IDR 101,500 and you will receive IDR 99,500 in your OVO balance.

Is there an admin fee when I top up ShopeePay in e-Wallet Center? If yes, what are the differences between admin fee and transaction fee?

Yes. Following ShopeePay’s policy, every balance top up via bank transfer/virtual account will be charged IDR 1,000 admin fee.
Therefore, the nominal you receive in your ShopeePay account will be automatically deducted on ShopeePay system by IDR 1,000.

Aside of admin fee policy from ShopeePay, Jenius will also apply transaction fee IDR 5,000 starting from 1 July 2024.

Example:
If you top up ShopeePay for IDR 100,000, you will have to pay IDR 105,000 and receive IDR 99,000 in your ShopeePay balance.

What is the limit per transaction for e-wallet and e-money top up in e-Wallet Center?

Minimum limit per e-wallet transaction.
– GoPay: IDR10,000.
– OVO: IDR10,000.
– DANA: IDR100,000.
– LinkAja: IDR10,001.
– ShopeePay: IDR10,001.

Minimum limit per e-money transaction.
– BNI TapCash: IDR10,000.
– mandiri e-money : IDR20,000.

Maximum limit per transaction with e-Wallet Center:
– DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay, BNI TapCash and mandiri e-money are IDR1,500,000.
– GoPay and OVO are IDR2,000,000.

Note: make sure the top up nominal does not exceed the maximum balance of your e-wallet and e-money.

What is the daily transaction limit in e-Wallet Center?

The maximum daily transaction limit in e-Wallet Center is IDR 100,000,000. This limit uses the online transfer limit (RTOL).

Beside Active Balance, are there other source accounts to top up e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center?

Currently, you can only use Active Balance to top up your e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center.

If I top up my e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center, will the balance be added immediately? (real time)

Depending on the process on the recipient, it may take some time (1-3 minutes) for the e-wallet balance to increase.

To add money to your e-money balance, you must tap the card on the back of your smartphone. So make sure you use a smartphone that has the NFC feature.

How do I know if my e-wallet or e-money top up in e-Wallet Center has been successful?

You can find out by checking the status of e-wallet or e-money top up transactions in In & Out.

Will I get a proof of transaction when my e-wallet or e-money top up in e-Wallet Center has been successful?

Yes. You will get a proof of an electronic transaction in PDF form that can be saved or sent via chat applications.

Will transactions in e-Wallet Center be recorded in In & Out?

Yes. Every time you top up your e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center, it will be recorded in In & Out and listed as the Top Up e-Wallet category.

Can I set top up time and frequency in e-Wallet Center?

No. Unlike Send It, you cannot set the time and frequency of top up e-wallet or e-money with the e-Wallet Center.

My e-wallet or e-money top up has failed, but my balance has already been deducted. What should I do?

You can contact Jenius Help at 1500 365 and prepare the following information.
– Mobile number registered in the e-wallet.
– The name registered in the Jenius account.
– The date and amount of the transaction.

How long does it take to process a refund?

The refund process may take up to 7 working days.

How many e-wallet and e-money can be saved in e-Wallet Center?

You can save up to 10 accounts for each type of e-wallet and e-money.

If all available e-wallet and e-money are added up, you can save dozens of accounts in e-Wallet Center.

How to save e-money in e-Wallet Center?

Save e-money with NFC
– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Tap + icon on the top right screen.
– Choose e-money you want to save, then choose Next.
– Tap the e-money card behind your phone until the card has been read, then choose Next.
– Enter the name you want, then choose Save.
– You’ve just saved your e-money!

Save e-money without NFC
– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Tap + icon on the top right screen.
– Choose e-money you want to save, input the card number, then choose Next.
– Enter the name you want, then choose Save.
– You’ve just saved mandiri e-money!

How to save e-wallet in e-Wallet Center?

– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Tap + icon on the top right screen.
– Choose e-wallet, enter your mobile number that linked to e-wallet account, then choose Next.
– Enter the name you want, then choose Save.
– Your e-wallet has been successfully saved!

You can also save and top up your e-wallet account at the same time.

– On Home page, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Top Up e-Wallet.
– Choose Top Up New e-Wallet.
– Choose e-wallet, enter your mobile number that linked to e-wallet account, switch on the Save e-Wallet button, then choose Next.
– Input the top up nominal or tap the available nominal option, then choose Next.
– Check the confirmation page, then choose Top Up.
– You’ve just topped up and saved e-wallet!

How to change e-money name that has already been saved in e-Wallet Center?

– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Choose e-money you want.
– Choose Edit.
– Enter the new name, then choose Save.
– Your e-money name has been successfully changed!

How to delete e-money that has already been saved in e-Wallet Center?

– Tap Mobius Button, then choose e-Wallet Center.
– Choose e-money you want.
– Choose Delete.
– Continue the process by choosing Delete.
– Your e-money has been removed!

Can I change the order of saved e-wallet and e-money accounts in e-Wallet Center? How to change it?

Yes. Just go to e-Wallet center then tap Arrange Order.

Can I see the total balance of e-wallet in e-Wallet Center?

No. You cannot see the total balance of e-wallet in e-Wallet Center.
