What are the e-Wallets available in Jenius e-Wallet Center?
The e-Wallets that are registered in e-Wallet Center are LinkAja, OVO, GO-PAY, M-TIX, DANA and BNI TapCash.
How do I add a new e-Wallet to e-Wallet Center?
ShopeePay, LinkAja, OVO, GO-PAY, M-TIX and DANA
1. Choose e-Wallet Center.
2. Choose Add e-Wallet.
3. Choose one of the e-Wallet.
4. Input your mobile number or username that’s already registered in the e-Wallet.
5. Then choose Next.
6. Input your e-Wallet name.
7. Then choose Add.
BNI TapCash
1. Make sure you are using an Android smartphone with an NFC feature.
2. Activate the NFC feature and open the Jenius app.
3. Select the e-Wallet Center.
4. Select Add an e-Wallet.
5. Select the e-Wallet you want to add, namely BNI TapCash.
6. Stick the BNI TapCash card on the back of your smartphone until the card is read by your smartphone.
7. Enter a name for your BNI TapCash.
8. Select Save.
9. Enter your Jenius password.
10. Your BNI TapCash card has been successfully saved.
How do I top up on my e-Wallet Center?
ShopeePay, LinkAja, OVO, GO-PAY, M-TIX and DANA
Top up to a new e-Wallet
1. Choose the e-Wallet Center.
2. Choose Top Up.
3. Choose e-Wallet that you want to top up.
4. Enter the mobile number or username that already saved in e-Wallet.
5. If you want to save the new e-Wallet to the e-Wallet Center, tap on Save.
6. Then select Next.
7. Input the amount of money you want to top up.
8. Then choose Next.
9. Review the top up details, before choosing Top Up.
Top up to an existing e-Wallet
1. Choose the e-Wallet Center.
2. Choose Top Up on the e-Wallet that you want to top up.
3. Input the amount of money you want to top up.
4. Then select Next.
5. Review the top up details, before choosing Top Up.
BNI TapCash
Top up a new BNI TapCash card
1. Make sure you are using an Android smartphone with an NFC feature.
2. Activate the NFC feature and open the Jenius app.
3. Select the e-Wallet Center.
4. Select Top Up.
5. Select the e-Wallet you want to top up, namely BNI TapCash.
6. Stick the BNI TapCash card to the back of your smartphone until your card is read by your smartphone.
7. If you want to save your BNI TapCash card in the e-Wallet Center list, select Save to e-Wallet list.
8. Select Top Up.
9. Enter a name for your BNI TapCash, then select Save.
10. Enter the amount that you want to top up.
11. Then select Continue.
12. Please make sure the top up details, before choosing Top up.
13. Enter your Jenius password.
14. Stick the BNI TapCash card to the back of your smartphone again to update the balance.
Top up a registered BNI TapCash card
1. Make sure you are using an Android smartphone with an NFC feature.
2. Activate the NFC feature and open the Jenius app.
3. Select the e-Wallet Center.
4. Choose Top Up on the e-Wallet you want to top up, namely BNI TapCash.
5. Enter the amount that you want to top up.
6. Then select Continue.
7. Please make sure the top up details, before choosing Top Up.
8. Stick the BNI TapCash card to the back of your smartphone to update the balance.
How do I delete one of the e-Wallets in the e-Wallet Center?
1. Choose e-Wallet Center.
2. Choose the e-Wallet you want to delete.
3. Then click Delete.
How do I edit my e-Wallet name?
1. Choose e-Wallet Center.
2. Choose one of the e-Wallet you want to edit.
4. Then click Edit.
5. Change your name that suitable for you, then click Save.
How many e-Wallets can I register in e-Wallet Center?
You can register up to 10 e-Wallet accounts per partner.
What is the limit for each transaction in e-Wallet Center?
These are the details of the minimum top up amount per transaction in e-Wallet Center:
1. GO-PAY: IDR10,000
2. OVO: IDR10,000
3. LinkAja: IDR10,001
4. M-TIX: IDR100,000
5. Dana: IDR100,000
6. BNI TapCash : IDR10,000
7. ShopeePay: IDR10,001
The maximum amount per transaction in the e-Wallet Center is IDR1,500,000.
Note: Make sure the top up nominal does not exceed the maximum balance of the e-Wallet partner.
What is the daily limit transaction in e-Wallet Center?
The maximum daily transaction limit for e-Wallet Center is IDR100,000,000.
Note: The online transfer (RTOL) limit applies for the daily transaction limit.
Can I see all of my e-Wallet balances?
You can view your e-Wallet balance in each your e-Wallet application.
How do I see the balance of the BNI TapCash card in the e-Wallet Center?
1. Make sure you are using an Android smartphone with an NFC feature.
2. Activate the NFC feature and open the Jenius app.
3. Select the e-Wallet Center.
4. Stick the BNI TapCash card to the back of your smartphone until a balance check confirmation pop up appears.
5. Select Continue.
6. Details of the BNI TapCash card balance will be visible.
How much is the transaction fees charged to me if I top up my e-Wallet in e-Wallet Center?
When topping up balance at e-Wallet Center, you will be charged with administration fee. The administration fee is included in the free quota of monthly transaction fees. As long as you still have a quota, your e-Wallet top up will be free of charge.
If you no longer have a free transaction quota, there will be a transaction fee when topping up your e-Wallet with the following details:
1. OVO : IDR1,500
2. GO-PAY : IDR2,000
2. LinkAja : IDR3,000
3. M-TIX : IDR5,000
4. BNI TapCash : IDR1,500
5. For DANA, there will be no transaction fees.
6. ShopeePay: IDR5,000
How do you get a BNI TapCash Jenius card?
You can get it by registering through the Jenius booths that are scattered in several malls or shopping centers in Indonesia.
After that, do a minimum top up of IDR 500,000 and you will get a BNI TapCash Jenius card which already contains a balance of IDR 30,000.

– BNI TapCash Jenius cards are only for new Jenius users.
– You can get a BNI TapCash Jenius card while supplies last.
– You don’t need to have a BNI account or be a BNI customer to get a BNI TapCash Jenius card.
Is the BNI TapCash Jenius card the same as the regular BNI TapCash card?
Yes. The BNI TapCash Jenius card is the same as the regular BNI TapCash card. You can also top up the BNI TapCash Jenius card balance in all channels that provide BNI TapCash top up services, such as BNI e-banking, Alfamart, Indomaret, Circle K, LinkAja, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Transjakarta bus stops.

Does the BNI TapCash Jenius card have an expiration date?
No. Similar to the regular BNI TapCash card, the BNI TapCash Jenius card has no expiration date.

Yes. The BNI Jenius TapCash card can be transferred or used as a gift for your friends or family.
