What is Split Pay?

Split Pay is a feature to convert the transaction you’ve made to installment. You can use Flexi Cash as the source of funds.

What are the benefits of using Split Pay?

With Split Pay, you can change your existing transactions into installments. You can set the installment period suited to your need with Flexi Cash as the source of funds.

If you choose to use Split Pay, the same amount of money you used for the transaction will be disbursed to your Active Balance from Flexi Cash.

Why can’t I use Split Pay?

Split Pay is now only available for Flexi Cash users. Check your Wealth page to see if you have a Flexi Cash offer & accept it first, or if you didn’t get any offer yet, click here to see how.

What is the minimum transaction amount that can be changed to installment with Split Pay?

The minimum transaction amount starts from IDR 500,000

What is the maximum transaction amount that can be changed to installment with Split Pay?

The maximum transaction amount is equal to your Flexi Cash limit.

Are there any extra charges when using Split Pay?

There are no extra administration fees to use Split Pay. Each Flexi Cash user will get a different interest rate starting from 0.99% up to 3.50%.

Can I add/lessen the amount of money that I want to change to installment with Split Pay?

The amount of money that can be converted to installment will be the same as the amount of transaction and can not be changed.

What kind of transactions can be converted into installments using Split Pay?
  • Withdraw with m-Card
  • Transaction using m-Card (Offline and online)
  • Sending money to Jenius, Bank BTPN, and other Banks
  • Foreign currency buying
  • Bill payment (except religious obligatory/Zakat & others)
  • E-Wallet Top Up from e-Wallet Center
  • Transaction with Jenius QR.
  • Transaction with Jenius Pay.

You’ll find the “Installment Available” label in the transaction list at In & Out page to identify which transactions can be changed to installment.

Can I change the transaction I’ve made with e-Card or x-Card to installment with Split Pay?

No, currently you can not change the transaction from e-Card or x-Card to installment with Split Pay.

Where can I find the Split Pay option?

You can use Split Pay with one of these methods:

  1. Choose Split Pay in the transaction success screen that will appear after you’ve successfully made a transaction.
  2. Choose Split Pay in your transaction details page in In & Out.
How to use Split Pay via transaction success screen?
  • In the transaction success screen that appears after your transaction is successful, select Split Pay.
  • Make sure your transaction details are correct, then click Next.
  • Adjust the installment tenor, then select Next.
  • Double check all the information, then proceed with Withdraw.
  • Enter your Jenius password.
  • You have successfully changed the transaction into installments!
How to use Split pay via transaction detail page?
  • Go to the In & Out page and find the Installment Available label from the existing list.
  • Select the transaction you want to change to installments.
    On the transaction details page, select Split Pay.
  • Make sure your transaction details are correct, then click Next.
  • Adjust the installment tenor, then select Next.
  • Double check all the information, then proceed with Withdraw.
  • Enter your Jenius password.
  • You have successfully changed the transaction into installments!
Can I convert the existing offline transaction using Split Pay?

Yes! You can also change your offline m-Card or Jenius QR transactions to installment with Split Pay. You can even change your ATM cash withdrawal to installment with Split Pay.

Can I convert a transaction that is more than a month old?

Yes! Split Pay is available for transactions that occurred within the past 6 months. You can see the complete transaction list in the In & Out page.
