Can I pay zakat, infaq or sadaqah via Jenius?

Yes, you can pay zakat, infaq or sadaqah from Send It menu by doing these steps:
1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose Bills.
3. Then choose Zakat & Others
4. Choose foundation/institution (badan amil).
5. Choose donation types which are Zakat, Sadaqah or Infaq.
6. Input the donation amount you want to pay.
7. Review the donation amount, then tap Pay Now.

Can I pay qurban via Jenius?

Yes, you can pay qurban from Send It menu by doing these steps:
1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose Bills.
3. Then choose Zakat & Others
4. Choose foundation/institution .
5. Choose Qurban, then choose qurban type.
6. Choose qurban quantity, input participant name, then tap Next.
7. Review the confirmation page, then tap Pay Now.

Who are Jenius’s partners for qurban?

Jenius partnered up with BAZNAS, Dompet Dhuafa, and Rumah Zakat for qurban. Aside qurban, there are also zakat, infaq, and sadaqah.

What types of qurban are available in Jenius?

There are 19 types of qurban, including goats (standard, medium, premium), sheep, and cows (1 and 1/7 cow).

For Superqurban by Rumah Zakat, qurban meat is packed in the form of canned corned beef or rendang.

If I pay qurban via Jenius, can I get a share of my qurban’s meat?

Yes, but only applicable for Rumah Zakat. Get 1/3 of your qurban’s meat by confirming your donation via WhatsApp to Rumah Zakat.

Qurban’s meat will be delivered in the form of canned corned beef or rendang.

How to confirm my payment to the foundation/institution (badan amil)?

After paying your qurban, you will receive a notification to do a confirmation. Make sure you open it so we can direct you to this page where we tell you how to confirm your payment.

Or, you can follow the steps below:

BAZNAS
1. Prepare your e-receipt that you can download via In & Out – History.
2. Send e-receipt, mobile number, and e-mail to BAZNAS via WhatsApp.
3. BAZNAS will send notification via WhatsApp/e-mail when your qurban will be slaughtered.
4. You will receive a donation report and qurban certificate 14 days after Iduladha.

Dompet Dhuafa
1. Prepare your e-receipt that you can download via In & Out – History.
2. Fill out the form here.
3. On the form, you can choose how you want to receive your donation report. By e-mail (digital report) or mailing address (hardcopy).
4. Dompet Dhuafa will send notification via SMS about payment confirmation, qurban slaughtering info, location, and distribution.
5. You will receive a donation report and qurban certificate 30 days after Iduladha.

Rumah Zakat
1. Prepare your e-receipt that you can download via In & Out – History.
2. Send e-receipt, mobile number, and e-mail to Rumah Zakat via WhatsApp.
3. Rumah Zakat will send notification via WhatsApp or e-mail about payment confirmation, qurban slaughtering info, location, and distribution.
4. You will receive a donation report and qurban certificate max. 45 days after Iduladha.

Is there a deadline for payment confirmation?

Yes. Each foundation/institution (badan amil) has a different deadline. To be safe, please confirm your payment immediately.

BAZNAS
The deadline is on Iduladha. If you pass the deadline, qurban will be slaughtered anonymously and your certificate will be nameless.

Dompet Dhuafa
The deadline is on Iduladha at 12.00 pm. If you pass the deadline, qurban will be slaughtered on behalf of “Hamba Allah” and your certificate will be nameless.

Rumah Zakat
The deadline is 3 days after Iduladha at 12.00 pm. If you pass the deadline, qurban will be slaughtered anonymously, your certificate will be nameless, and you won’t get 1/3 qurban meat.

How can I get updates or reports on my qurban?

You can get updates or the donation report by confirming your payment to the foundation/institution (badan amil).

This report includes the qurban certificate, slaughtering info, qurban recipient name, and photo documentation. You may confirm your payment here.

Please note that the donation report is not only for qurban. You can also get a donation report for zakat, infaq, or sadaqah.

If I don’t confirm my payment to the foundation/institution (badan amil), will my payment still be accepted?

Yes. Your donation payment will still be accepted even though you don’t do the confirmation. Confirmation is optional. If you don’t want to receive a donation report, then you don’t have to do the confirmation.

Is qurban’s participant name mandatory?

Yes. You have to input the participant name. You can pay qurban on behalf of yourself or someone’s else.

Can I use Send It to send money to international bank?

No, you cannot. You can only use Send It to send money to fellow Jenius accounts or other domestic banks.

How can I send money to a BTPN bank account?

1. Choose Send It.
2. Tap Add Recipient.
3. Select BTPN and input the recipient bank account number.
4. Tap Check to check the recipient bank account details.
5. If the data given is right, tap Next.
6. Input the amount of money you want to transfer and tap Next.
7. Review the transfer details before tapping Send Money.
8. You have successfully sent money.

How can I send money to another bank from Jenius?

1. Choose Send It.
2. Tap Add Recipient.
3. Select a bank from the list and input the recipient bank account number.
4. Tap Check to check the recipient bank account details.
5. If the data given is right, tap Next.
5. Input the amount of money you want to transfer and tap Next.
6. Review the transfer details before tapping Send Money.
7. You have successfully sent money.

Your transfer to other bank will be charged with IDR5,000, when you’ve reached the quota limit.

How do I schedule a money transfer?

1. Choose Send it.
2. Choose recipient’s bank account.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
4. Tap the calendar icon, then choose which date you want the money to be transferred.
5. Choose Once on the transfer frequency.
6. Then choose Schedule Transfer.
7. Review the transaction details before tapping Schedule Transfer.

How do I do a repeating money transfer?

1. Choose Send it.
2. Choose recipient’s bank account.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
4. Tap the calendar icon, then choose which date you want the money to be transferred.
5. Choose the transfer Frequency, for example, the transfer will be transferred monthly.
6. Choose End After and choose the number to specify how many times the money will be sent. For example, the repeating transfer will be done monthly, starts from January 1st and will be stopped after the fifth transfer.
7. Then choose Schedule Transfer.
8. Review the transaction details before tapping Schedule Transfer.

What is SKN?

Sistem Kliring Nasional (SKN) is used for transfers to all national bank accounts, including Prima ATM Network and ATM Bersama Network. The transfer takes up to 1 working day. The transfer fee is IDR2,900 (starting 1 April until 31 December 2021) and the maximum transaction limit is IDR200.000.000 per day.

What is RTGS?

Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) is the same as SKN, but with a faster delivery time and the transfer fee is IDR25,000.

How do I send money using SKN/RTGS?

1. Choose Send It
2. Choose the recipient.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
3. If the amount of money is more than IDR50,000,000, Send It will automatically display the transfer options (SKN or RTGS).
5. Fill in the details of the recipient account.
6. Check the details and tap Send Money.

Is there a transaction fee when using SKN/RTGS?

Yes, there is. The transaction fee would be:
IDR2,900 (starting 1 April until 31 December 2021) for SKN and IDR25,000 for RTGS.

What is the minimum and maximum transfer limit when using SKN/RTGS?

The minimum transfer limit for SKN/RTGS is IDR50,000,000 and the maximum limit is IDR200,000,000.

Is there any particular day and time to use SKN/RTGS?

Yes, you can only use the SKN/RTGS transfer service on working days (Monday – Friday) from 08.00 – 14.00 WIB.
Due to pandemic COVID-19, the operational hours for SKN/RTGS transfer service are adjusted to 08.00 – 13.00 WIB.

Why didn’t I see the SKN/RTGS transfer option when I’m using Send It?

The SKN/RTGS option does not appear on your Send It feature because the amount of money you input does not reach IDR50,000,000 or it is not during the day and time specified by BTPN.

How do I know if the money I transferred through SKN & RTGS has been received by the recipient?

The transfer system using SKN & RTGS is by sending money through the central bank system, so we advise users to also check with the recipient after payment has been made.

If the transfer using SKN/RTGS failed, will I get my money back?

If the transaction failed, the bank will refund the amount of money that you’ve transferred to your account. Transaction fee is not included.

Can I pay my credit card bills using Jenius?

Yes, you can pay your bills from Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Then choose Credit Card.
4. Choose the intended bank.
5. Input the card number, then choose Next.
6. Input the amount that you want to pay.
7. Review the bill amount before you choose Pay Now.

Can I top up my mobile phone using Jenius?

Yes, you can top up your mobile phone from the Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Then choose Mobile Top Up.
4. Choose your provider.
5. Input you mobile phone number and choose the amount you want to top up.
6. Tap Next.
7. Make sure your mobile phone number and the amount are correct, then tap Pay Now.

Can I top up my internet mobile data using Jenius?

For now you can only top up your mobile phone from Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Then choose Mobile & Data.
4. Choose your provider.
5. Input your mobile phone number and choose the amount you want to top up.
6. Tap Next.
7. Make sure your mobile phone number and the amount are correct, then tap Pay Now.

Can I pay my e-commerce bill using Jenius?

Yes. You can pay your e-commerce bill from Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose e-commerce
4. Input the payment code, then choose Next.
5. Review the bills, then tap Pay Now.

Can I pay my phone bill using Jenius?

Yes. You can pay your phone bill from Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Phone Bill.

5. Input the number, then choose Next.

Can I pay my train ticket using Jenius?

Yes. You can pay your train ticket from SPay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Transportation.
4. Choose Kereta Api Indonesia.
5. Input the ticket number, then choose Next.
6. Review the bills, then tap Pay Now.

Can I pay my airline ticket using Jenius?

Yes. You can pay your airline ticket from Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Transportation.
4. Choose airlines that you use.
5. Input the booking number, then choose Next.
6. Review the bills, then tap Pay Now.

Can I pay my TV and internet bill using Jenius?

Yes. You can pay your airline TV and Internet from SPay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose TV & Internet.
4. Choose the provider that you use.
5. Input the customer ID, then choose Next.
6. Review the bills, then tap Pay Now.

Can I pay my utilities bill using Jenius?

Yes. You can pay your utilities from Pay Bills by doing these steps:
1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Utilities.
4. Choose the company that you use.
5. Input the customer ID, then choose Next.

Can I make electricity payments in Jenius app?

Yes. You can make your electricity payments using PLN Prepaid and PLN Postpaid through Pay Bills

How do I make a PLN Prepaid electricity payment?

1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Utilities.
4. Choose PLN Prabayar.
5. Input your Customer ID/meter number then choose Next.
6. Choose the nominal of electricity token needed and choose Next.
7. Review the bill amount before you choose Next.

How do I make a PLN Postpaid electricity payment?

1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Utilities.
4. Choose PLN Pascabayar.
5. Input your Customer ID then choose Next.
6. Review the bill amount before you choose Pay Now.

How much is the transaction fees will be charged when I making a electricity payments through Jenius app?

The transaction fee when you making a electricity payments through Jenius app is IDR1,500.

How do I get my electricity token from my Prepaid PLN purchase?

1. Choose the bell icon on the top right of your Jenius app dashboard page.
2. Choose Info.
3. Choose the View Token on your PLN Prepaid purchase notification.

How do I make OTO Mobil bill payment?

1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Multifinance.
4. Choose OTO Kredit Mobil.
5. Input your Customer ID then choose Next.
6. Review the bill amount before you choose Pay Now.

How do I make OTO Motor bill payment?

1. On Home page, choose Send & Pay. You can also tap Mobius button.

3. Choose Multifinance.
4. Choose OTO Kredit Motor.

Can I use Jenius app to top up my e-Wallet balance?

Yes, you can top up your e-Wallet balance through Jenius app by using Send It.

“How do I top up e-Money balance from Jenius app?

1. Choose Send It.
2. Tap Add Recipient.
3. Select the bank of the e-Money provider.
4. Input 16 digit of your e-Money card number.
5. Input the amount of money.
6. If the data given is right, tap Next.
7. Make sure the e-Money card number and the amount of money to be transferred are already correct.
8. If they are, tap Confirm.
9. Review the transaction in In & Out feature.

Update your e-Money balance by doing one of these ways:
1. Open e-Money isi ulang app (make sure the app you are using already supports balance update activity, not just to check the balance), tap your e-Money card on the back of your smartphone, and the balance will be updated in that app. Make sure your smartphone already has NFC technology (Near Field Communication) to be able to run this feature.
2. Through ATM from the bank of the e-Money provider, tap your e-Money card in the space provided, choose update saldo, and you have successfully topped up the e-Money balance.

How do I top up OVO balance with Jenius Debit Card from OVO app?

1. Open OVO app.
2. Choose Top Up.
3. Select the Debit Card as the payment method.
4. Select the amount of balance you want.
5. Input Jenius Debit Card number.
6. Input Jenius Debit Card expiry date.
7. Input Jenius Debit Card CVV code.
8. Choose Isi Saldo.
9. Once the transaction is successful, you can check the balance directly in OVO app.

How can I send a Moneymoji?

1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose the recipient’s $Cashtag.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
4. Tap Add Moneymoji (animation).
5. Enter the message you want to convey.
6. Tap Choose Moneymoji.
7. Choose the animation you like the most, then tap Next.
8. Review the transaction details before tapping Send Money.

How can I send a Moneymoji to a non-Jenius user?

1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose the recipient’s mobile phone number or e-mail address from the contact list.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
4. Tap Add Moneymoji (animation).
5. Enter the message you want to convey.
6. Tap Choose Moneymoji.
7. Choose the animation you like the most, then tap Next.
8. Review the transaction detail before tapping Send Money.

Can I send a Moneymoji to a friend who does not yet have a Jenius account?

Yes. You can send a Moneymoji to your friends who does not yet have a Jenius account by sending it to their mobile number or e-mail address.

Can I save the Moneymoji animation to my smartphone?

Yes. You can save and share the Moneymoji animations you’ve received by tapping the Save or Share button on your Moneymoji preview page.

How do I see Moneymoji animation sent by my friend?

1. Go to the Notification Center menu with (the bell icon at the right top of your screen)
2. Select Info tab, then select View Moneymoji to see the animation you’ve received.

Why can’t I send the Moneymoji?

Make sure you are already using the latest version of Jenius app to send the Moneymoji to your friends. Update your Jenius app through App Store or Google Play Store.
