Where can I view my Jenius account number?

You can view your Jenius account number through Profile & Settings menu, on the Profile tab.

Why can’t I change my fullname in my Jenius account?

Your Jenius account name is based on your KTP name. If you have a new KTP, make sure to upload your latest KTP on Profile & Settings.

How do I upload a new profile photo to my Jenius account?

1. Choose Profile & Settings.
2. Choose Edit.
3. Tap the camera icon.
4. Choose a photo you would like to be displayed as your pofile photo by using take a picture or select from your gallery.
5. Then tap Confirm.

How do I change my mailing address that was already registered?

1. Choose Profile & Settings, then Edit.
2. Choose Mailing Address.
3. Review your mailing address detail before tapping Save.

Can I change my registered e-mail address and mobile number?

Yes, you can change your registered e-mail address and mobile number through Profile & Settings menu, on the Profile tab.

How do I change my registered mobile number?

1. Choose Profile & Settings.
2. Choose Edit.
3. Change your old mobile number to the new one.
4. Review your new mobile number before tapping Save.

I submitted the wrong e-mail address in the registration process, can I replace it with the right one?

Yes, you can by following these steps:
1. Choose Profile & Settings menu.
2. Choose Edit.
3. Change the registered e-mail address with the correct one.
4. Choose Save.

I have a new KTP, can I replace my previous KTP photo that had been registered in Jenius with a new one?

Yes, you can replace your previous KTP photo by uploading the new one.

1. Choose Profile & Settings, then tap Edit.
2. Choose KTP details.
3. Then tap Update your KTP.
4. You can choose to Take a Picture or select a picture From Gallery.
5. Tap Next.
6. Input the password to verify the changes, then choose Submit.

How do I upload my NPWP photo?

1. Choose Profile & Settings menu, then choose Edit.
2. Choose NPWP.
3. Choose Take NPWP Photo.
4. Choose Take a Picture or From Gallery.
5. Take a picture of your NPWP or choose a photo from your gallery and select Confirm.
6. Choose the NPWP ownership status.
7. Check the NPWP details then choose Save.
8. Input your Jenius password.
9. An e-mail will be sent after your NPWP is verified.

How di I create a new 6-digit PIN for my device?

1. Choose Profile & Settings, then tap Settings.
2. Choose Change PIN.
3. Input your new 6-digit PIN, and then tap Next.
4. Repeat your new 6-digit PIN for confirmation and tap Next.

How do I change my Jenius account password?

1. Choose Profile & Settings, and then tap Settings.
2. Choose Change Password.
3. Input your password and tap Submit.
4. Enter your current password, new password and re-enter your new password for confirmation.
5. Then tap Next.

Can I change the language in Jenius app?

Yes, you can choose between English or Bahasa Indonesia as your default language for your Jenius app.
1. Choose Profile & Settings.
2. Choose Settings, then tap one of the languages that is more suitable for you.

Note: Notifications will be sent according to the language you’ve chosen in your Jenius app.

How do I download my Jenius e-Statement?

1. Choose Profile & Settings.
2. Choose Statements.
3. Choose which month of your e-Statement you want to check or download.
4. Then choose the down arrow icon to downlaod your e-Statement.
