What should I do when I lost my Jenius Debit Card?

You can simply block your card temporarily from Card Center until your card is found. If it’s completely lost, you can permanently block the debit card and a new debit card will be delivered shortly.

Why do I need to change my password every 5 months?

This is required for the security of your Jenius account. When you get familiar to your existing password, you’ll be more at risk with the possibility of someone else duplicating and using your password to access your Jenius account. Creating a new password every 5 months is highly recommended.
