Using Jenius Paylater as a Source of Funds

How can I use Jenius Paylater as a source of funds for Jenius QR transactions?
  • Open your Jenius app, then choose Scan QRIS.
  • Place the camera at the QR code or upload the QR code image from your smartphone gallery.
  • Enter the amount you want to pay or check the automatically generated amount.
  • On the Pay from section, tap the down arrow symbol, then choose Paylater.
  • Make sure the information is correct, then choose Next.
    If the merchant has tip options, choose the amount of the tip you want to give before choosing Next.
  • Check the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.
    If the payment amount exceeds the transaction authentication limit, input your Jenius password.
  • Jenius QR payment using Jenius Paylater is completed!

Aside from Home page, you can also tap Scan QRIS on Mobius Button.

Is there any transaction limit if I use Jenius Paylater as a source of funds for Jenius QR transactions?
  • Minimum limit per transaction: IDR1,000.
  • Maximum limit per transaction: according to your remaining Jenius Paylater limit.
Will I be charged a fee if I use Jenius Paylater as a source of fund for Jenius QR transactions?

Your transaction is free of charge, but you will be charged a service fee of IDR15,000/month when you use Jenius Paylater.

Can I cancel a Jenius Paylater transaction after it has been processed?

No. Transactions which have been processed cannot be cancelled.

Do Jenius QR transactions with Jenius Paylater as a source of funds appear on In & Out?

No. Jenius QR transactions made using Jenius Paylater as a source of funds will be recorded in Jenius Paylater transaction history.

I used Jenius Paylater as a source of funds for Jenius QR, but the transaction failed. Will I get a refund?

Yes. Refund for a failed transaction will be restored to your Jenius Paylater limit according to your transaction amount.

If my Jenius QR transaction using Jenius Paylater failed, how long is the refund process?

Refund for a failed transaction using Jenius Paylater will be processed in 14 calendar days.

Can refunds for failed Jenius Paylater transactions be sent to my Active Balance?

No. Refund for failed transactions using Jenius Paylater will be restored to your Jenius Paylater limit and it can’t be sent to your Active Balance.

If I haven’t paid my Jenius Paylater bills, can I still make transactions using Jenius QR?

Yes. You can still make Jenius QR transactions with your Active Balance as a source of funds.

However, make sure to repay your Jenius Paylater bills on time to continue using Jenius Paylater as a source of funds and to avoid late fees.

Why can’t I find Jenius Paylater in the source of funds list when using Jenius QR?

Jenius Paylater as source of funds for Jenius QR is only available for Jenius users that have activated Jenius Paylater.

Please make sure your Jenius Paylater is active and currently not having any overdue repayments in order to use Jenius Paylater as Jenius QR’s source of funds.
