What is Jenius Keyboard?
Custom keyboard on Android, released by Jenius to make it easier for you to use Jenius features directly from your smartphone keyboard.
Is Jenius Keyboard available on all types of smartphones?
For now, Jenius Keyboard can only be used by Jenius Customers who use Android smartphones.
How do I activate and use Jenius Keyboard on my smartphone?
You can activate your Jenius Keyboard in 2 ways, through the Jenius App or directly from the Settings on your Android device.
Jenius App
To activate Keyboard Genius, please do these following steps:
1. Open your Jenius app.
2. Choose Profile & Settings.
3. Choose Settings.
4. Then choose Activate Jenius Keyboard.
5. Activate Jenius Keyboard toggle on your Android settings and make sure the toggle is on.
6. Then choose OK to allow Jenius Keyboard access.
7. Return to Jenius app to choose Jenius Keyboard as your smartphone keyboard.
To use Jenius Keyboard, please do these following:
1. Open your Jenius app.
2. Choose Profile & Settings.
3. Choose Settings.
4. Then choose Switch to Jenius Keyboard.
Settings on your Android device
1. Go to your Settings menu on your Android device.
2. Choose Language & Input.
3. Choose On-screen Keyboard/Virtual Keyboard.
4. Choose Manage Keyboard.
5. Activate Jenius Keyboard toggle in your device Settings and make sure the toggle is on.
6. Return to Language & Input and select the default keyboard option again.
7. Then choose Jenius Keyboard as your keyboard.
Is Jenius Keyboard can only be used when I open a certain smartphone applications?
You can use Jenius Keyboard while using any application on your smartphone.
What Jenius features can I use on Jenius Keyboard?
Jenius Keyboard provides Send It and Pay Me features an you can also access In & Out through Jenius Keyboard.
How do I send my account information using Jenius Keyboard?
1. Open your Jenius Keyboard.
2. Choose Pay Me.
3. Then choose Send my contact info.
How do I switch to the Jenius application while I’m using Jenius Keyboard?
You can choose the Switch button in Jenius Keyboard main page to go to Jenius application.
How do I change Jenius Keyboard that i’m using to other keyboard?
1. Open Jenius Keyboard on your Android screen.
2. Then swipe down from the top of the screen (status bar) to see notifications.
3. You will see a notification from Android system to choose your keyboard.
4. Tap the notification on Android system and you can choose which keyboard you want to use.
How do I deactivate Jenius Keyboard on my smartphone?
1. Go to your Settings menu on your Android device.
2. Choose Language & Input.
3. Choose On-screen Keyboard/Virtual Keyboard.
4. Choose Manage Keyboard
5. Turn off Jenius Keyboard toggle in your device Settings and make sure the toggle is off.
Are there any transaction fee if I use Jenius Keyboard?
No. There are no fees when you use Jenius Keyboard, you just need to make sure you have the most updated Jenius application. If you have just downloaded and activated your Jenius account, you can immediately activate Jenius Keyboard from Profile & Settings menu in Jenius app.
Will my free transaction quota be reduced when I make a transaction on Jenius Keyboard?
Yes. The free quota of transactions that you have will still be reduce when you make transactions on Jenius Keyboard.
